Overview
Infinite Shells is developed by Nocturnal Studios LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you play Infinite Shells on iOS.
We want to be completely transparent: Nocturnal Studios LLC will never personally collect, store, sell, or use your data for any purpose — business or personal. We have no backend servers, no databases, and no access to who you are as a player.
Any data handling that occurs is done entirely by Apple (Game Center) and Google (AdMob) under their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We are simply the game developer — we never see or touch your data.
Information We Collect
Nocturnal Studios LLC collects absolutely nothing from you directly. We have no servers, no accounts, and no data pipeline of any kind.
The following data may be collected automatically by third-party services embedded in the game — not by us:
- Device type, operating system version, and language settings · Google AdMob
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) subject to your device's tracking preferences · Google AdMob
- Game Center alias and leaderboard scores · Apple Game Center
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics · Apple
We never collect your name, email address, location, payment info, or any personally identifiable information — ever, under any circumstances.
Third-Party Services
Infinite Shells uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob — serves in-game advertisements.
Apple Game Center — powers global leaderboards and score tracking.
Advertising & Tracking
Infinite Shells displays ads via Google AdMob. On iOS 14.5 and later, we request your permission before allowing personalized advertising through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You may decline tracking at any time and still use the full game — non-personalized ads will be shown instead.
You can change your tracking preferences at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How We Use Data
Nocturnal Studios LLC does not use your data for any purpose — personal or business. We simply do not have access to it.
Data collected by third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple) is used by those services solely to:
- Display advertisements to support free gameplay · Google AdMob
- Maintain global leaderboard rankings · Apple Game Center
- Deliver crash reports and diagnostics to help us fix bugs · Apple
Nocturnal Studios LLC will never sell, rent, trade, or profit from your data in any way — now or in the future. This is a firm commitment, not a legal formality.
Children's Privacy
Infinite Shells is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through our game, please contact us immediately at nocturnalstudiosllc@protonmail.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
Data Retention & Deletion
We do not store personal data on our own servers. Any data retained by third-party services (Google AdMob, Apple Game Center) is subject to their own retention policies. You can request deletion of Game Center data through your Apple ID settings.
Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you by third-party services
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Opt out of personalized advertising at the device level
- Withdraw consent for tracking via iOS Settings at any time
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

Agreement
By downloading or playing Infinite Shells, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. These terms apply to all users of Infinite Shells on iOS.
License
Nocturnal Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Infinite Shells for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of this game.
In-App Advertising
Infinite Shells is free to play and supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob. By using the game you acknowledge that ads will be displayed during gameplay, including between rounds and on the Game Over screen.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use third-party software to manipulate the game
- Attempt to access or interfere with the game's backend systems
- Submit false scores to Game Center leaderboards
- Use the game for any unlawful purpose
Intellectual Property
All content in Infinite Shells — including graphics, sounds, code, and design — is the property of Nocturnal Studios LLC and is protected by copyright law. The name "Infinite Shells" and associated branding are owned by Nocturnal Studios LLC.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Infinite Shells is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. Your use of the game is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nocturnal Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Infinite Shells.
Responsible Gaming
Infinite Shells is designed to be an engaging reflex and skill game. Please take regular breaks and be mindful of your screen time. The game is intended for entertainment purposes only.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
